step1:get a water bottle that you can fit your hands around
step2:peel off the lable
step3:empty all of the water out
step4:squeeze the water bottle a little bit and then replace the cap while still holding this postition
step5: let go
step6:lossen the cap slightly so but still no air leaks out or gose back in
step7:twist the bottle in the middle about 6-7 times (either way works)
step8:(place your hand below the cap and slide your thumb on the top or your index finger on the bottom) fast or slow and the cap should fly off
